Competitive Management Rates
Management Fee: 6.5% +GST of rental income
Inspection Fee: $45 + GST per inspection, conducted quarterly
New Tenancy Establishment Fee: $500 + GST per year
Note: Actual cost approximated at $1200, but we offer it at $500 + GST to keep fees low
Healthy Homes Report: $190 + GST
Covers the initial report, quotes, and updates until compliant
